Ratnagiri Honey Processed Cold Brew Coffee is a smooth and refreshing coffee beverage crafted from high-quality beans processed using the honey method, offering a delightful balance of sweetness and bold coffee flavors.
Our design collaborator, Asha Haridas, takes inspiration from the sustainability practices of the estate itself, along with the rich biodiversity, to bring forth the bright and colourful label art you see on the bottles. Particularly championing the Malabar Squirrel, and the rich heritage of the estate, the label designs further bring out the liveliness of the coffees themselves. The result is coffee that's unique and sustainable, delivering robust flavor and aroma while supporting local wildlife.

Know The Estate
Nestled in the Bababudangiri Hills in the Western Ghats, the Ratnagiri Estate holds great prestige, particularly for its shade grown coffees, which are nurtured under the silver oak trees, giving the coffee cherries and beans their silvery hue. At an elevation of over 1000-1500 feet above sea level, the credit for these carefully produced coffees goes to the Patre family, who have been custodians of the estate since 1927, and the estate is currently led by Ashok and Divya Patre.
Know Your Roaster
Nirupam Ranjan is the head roaster and Q grader at Berry Co Roasters. After working across the board in the coffee value chain for about half a decade now, Nirupam aims to take Indian coffees to a point where they're known for their diverse flavours and rich culture. You can find him at the Berry Co. Roasting facility in HSR layout, Bangalore.
Know Your Brewer
Your cold brew coffee has been brought to you by our co-founder, Vardhman Jain. He's been home brewing since he was 15, and knows his coffees inside out. Together with his amazing team, he ensures quality control for every brewed batch, and makes it a perfect serve each time, so you get the same taste and flavour with every serve.
Storage Instructions
Each bottle can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks until opened. Once opened, please consume the cold brew coffee within 7 days. Enjoy!
Delivery Information
Once ordered, your coffee will be dispatched from our base in Bangalore within 24 to 48 hours, in the best condition, with reliable courier partners across the country.
