What does BONOMI mean, exactly?

BONOMI is a word that comes from bonhomie, which means “cheerful friendliness” - which is what we hope to foster

 

So, what IS a cold brew coffee?

Cold brew coffee is a type of brewed coffee that is brewed over 24 hours, in cold or mild temperatures, and it brings down the acidity in the coffee, without hampering the taste and flavour. It also brings out the fruity, floral notes in the coffee beans. 

 

Are there health benefits to cold brew coffee?

Yes! We are certified vegan and gluten free, and since the brews are low on acidity and sugar, you can drink them on the go, without taxing your system. 

Wait. You said low sugar. How low IS the sugar in these cold brew coffees?

With our flavoured cold brew coffees, there’s 4.5g of sugar per 100ml (and each serve is 200ml, so…you do the math? Hint: it’s less than 10g) Our classic cold brew coffee, on the other hand, is totally sugar free!

 

So, how is that different from any other coffee?

The brewing process, for one. We take our time to bring you the best brew possible, with high quality control. Cold brew can also best be enjoyed without worrying about high acidity, or even adding milk or sugar, or anything else!

 

Can I drink cold brew coffee with milk?

While you can, it’s best enjoyed in its original form, plain and black and cold. But you can also pour it over ice for an enhanced experience. 

 

Do I need to heat my cold brew coffee?

Nope! BONOMI cold brew coffees are best enjoyed cold, and the bottles are handy enough for you to sip on, on the go!

 

How long can I keep this outside the fridge?

It’s best to keep your cold brew coffee refrigerated until you’re ready to drink it, to make sure the flavours stay intact. And once you open your bottle, it’s best to consume it within three days, to maintain quality. 

 

So is this… a concentrate?

Nope! BONOMI cold brew coffees are designed to be ready-to-drink blends that can be sipped on like any other coffee - undiluted! The only thing concentrated are them is bags of flavour and taste!

 

Right. So. Where is BONOMI based?

We are a Bangalore based operation, but we ship to and source from all over India. 

 

And… where do you get your coffee beans from?

We’re thrilled to be sourcing from some of the best coffee estates in India, right from the Ratnagiri Estate to the Kalladevapura Estate, and many more, to make our cold brew coffees. We also share details of the specific estate we source from, when you check out our Speciality Cold Brew Coffees. After all, great quality and and great taste begins at the bean, right?

 

Where can I buy a BONOMI cold brew coffee?

We currently retail online on our website, and ship pan India.

If you’re based in Bangalore, you can also order via Swiggy Instamart or our current instant delivery system, which you can find here.

We are also present across liquor stores in Indiranagar, Koramangala, Whitefield, HSR Layout, and more, as well as in bars like Bob’s Bar, Doff, Boteco, and more. You can find the store lists here.

 

How are your cold brew coffees priced?

Each bottle of BONOMI cold brew coffee (200 ml serve) is priced at 125 INR. Please head to our shopping page to check out all our flavours, and our speciality brews. 

 

Once ordered, how long will my order reach me in? 

To ensure that your order reaches you in the right condition and in the shortest span of time, we currently ship across India via reputed courier partners only, and your order is dispatched from our humble unit within 24-48 hours, once you place it. For more details, please read our Shipping Guidelines. 

 

I haven’t received my order. What do I do? 

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Please drop us an email on wecare@bonomi.in, and we will get back to you in 48 hours. In case you wish to return a product, please read our Returns Policy.

 

Can I send someone these coffees as a gift?
